Confirm that's the right inbox for book matchmaker requests before launch — swap it there any time, no code involved. Note: Reading Level, Format, and Genres are plain text fields here rather than the live site's dropdowns — Divi's dropdown/radio option list on this install goes through a content-migration pass that corrupts the bracket characters those option lists are encoded with (traced but not practical to fix by hand-editing page content), the same issue worked around on the Inter-Library Loan page's Item Type field. A free-text Genres field also lets patrons list more than one genre, which the live site's single-select dropdown couldn't do anyway.
